Complete the PA Health Center Volunteer Orientation

After completing the orientation presentation:

  1. Complete the volunteer application form and return to: [email protected]
  2. Schedule a clinic date for an introduction, tour, and shadowing session (coordinate with Ann Marie at [email protected])
    • If you are applying to be a SCP – you will also need training with our SCP Team.
  3. Attend a chapter meeting to learn more about FaithCare, to fellowship, and to help yourself and others to grow in our “Individual Faith” journey.
