Marion’s Legacy
A lot can happen in 31 years! Over the past three decades we’ve seen many miracles, changed countless lives and made wonderful memories. We’ve also encountered great sadness, and it’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marion Moran on November 14th, 2025.
We deeply value all of our FaithCare supporters and volunteers, but Marion will always hold a special place in our hearts. You see, she was the very first official FaithCare employee! For many years, Marion served as FaithCare’s administrative assistant, working from home in a small room in her house that served as FaithCare’s first ever office. Her house also often served as the gathering place for our early Chapter meetings and many a weary member was encouraged and blessed by her hospitality and care.
She and her husband, Cliff, were involved with FaithCare right from its inception and served with us on three international mission trips over the years. She had an abounding love for the both her patients and her teammates, which spilled over into her work as the Guest Relations Representative at St. Francis Hospital, where she was often the first face people in crisis saw when they came into the hospital.
We are so grateful for all the good that Marion accomplished with us over the years and are touched by her family’s decision to continue this support in her name by encouraging people to send donations to FaithCare in lieu of sending flowers.
Marion will be missed, but her legacy of love lives on as we continue to strive to love and serve people the way she did. We know that she has been lovingly welcomed by her Savior and are certain that she will meet many in Eternity whose lives were touched by her actions here on Earth.
Well, done good and faithful servant – until we meet again.
