The June 2026 outreach to the FaithCare Hospital in Kuje, Abuja, once again demonstrated that healing extends beyond medicine alone. While 1,727 patients received medical care and more than 200 surgeries restored health and function, the ministry also reached deeply into hearts and lives. More than 1,500 individuals received prayer, encouragement, and spiritual counseling. Nearly 200 people made decisions for faith and spiritual growth, and 40 Bibles were distributed to help continue their spiritual journey. Every consultation, every surgery, every prayer, and every conversation reflected Christ’s compassion in tangible ways.

Behind every number is a person, a family, & a story of hope restored – such as with Happiness, who had endured years of pain and bleeding due to large uterine fibroids. After receiving free surgery from FaithCare that she otherwise wouldn’t have been able to afford, she was in tears as she thanked us for helping her with a condition that had left her exhausted for so many years.

Another woman had spent nearly everything she had going to numerous clinics, pharmacies, and traditional healers. Each promised relief for her large thyroid goiter, yet none were able to help. After we successfully removed the goiter for her, she told us that we were an ‘answer to her prayers’!

Dominick had cataracts which had caused him to gradually go blind and lose his independence. for more than six years, gradually losing his vision and independence. For him, restored eyesight meant far more than improved vision – it meant renewed freedom, restored dignity, and hope for the future.

The FaithCare team returned home deeply encouraged by what God accomplished through this outreach. Yet the greatest impact remains with the patients whose lives have been transformed; mothers now free from years of pain, fathers able to return to work, grandparents seeing clearly again, and families witnessing hope where there had once been despair.
