From December 8-14, 2025, the FaithCare team carried out a medical outreach in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. Over five days, lives were touched, bodies were healed, and hope was restored as the team lived out FaithCare’s mission of bringing Health, Hope, and Healing in Christ’s name!
By the numbers:
- 1,674 people received comprehensive medical care
- 156 surgeries were performed
- 159 dental treatments were provided
- 487 eye-care services were delivered
- 214 laboratory evaluations were completed
- 1,299 people received prayer and counseling
- 116 individuals made decisions for faith and spiritual growth
- 7 Bibles were distributed.
Once again, we got to see God’s perfect timing! A 40-year-old woman was struggling to breathe due to advanced asthma and a large goiter that was blocking her airway. As the goiter grew, she was literally suffocating! By God’s grace, the FaithCare surgical team successfully removed the goiter, essentially saving her life.
Praise the Lord that FaithCare was there at exactly the right time.
