April 13 – 19, 2025
From April 13 to 19, 2025, FaithCare embarked on another unforgettable mission of mercy, service, and healing — this time to Obudu, Cross River State, Nigeria. With unwavering passion and purpose, 23 dedicated FaithCare volunteers came together to bring hope where it was scarce, healing where it was desperately needed, and love where it could do the most good.
In a region where access to healthcare is minimal and sometimes completely absent, the FaithCare team stepped in as the hands and heart of Christ. For five powerful days, they poured themselves out in service—offering professional, holistic, and entirely free medical care to over 2,000 individuals. Each moment was a testimony of grace in action.

Stories That Moved Us, Miracles That Marked Us:
- A man, about 45 years old, traveled for over five hours to reach the outreach. Years ago, he was told he needed reading glasses but could never afford them. FaithCare not only evaluated him but provided the glasses for free. When he put them on and began to read—his eyes filled with tears. “I can see again,” he said, over and over.
- The chairman of the local government shared how people traveled not only from surrounding communities but from neighboring countries like Cameroon to receive care. For them, this was more than a clinic—it was a beacon of hope, a rare opportunity for healing that otherwise would remain a dream.
Transformational Impact Beyond Medicine:
This outreach was not just about numbers or procedures—it was about people. About lives transformed not only physically, but spiritually. Nearly 1,700 individuals received prayer and counseling. A staggering 773 made decisions for faith and spiritual growth. That is 773 lives changed for eternity.
The FaithCare mission in Obudu reminded us all: healing is more than surgery or medicine—it’s about restoring dignity, renewing purpose, and revealing God’s deep love for His people. Every patient seen, every prayer whispered, every smile shared was an offering of compassion that echoed far beyond the hospital walls.
As we look to the future, FaithCare remains steadfast in its mission—to serve with humility, to heal with excellence, and to love without limits. Together, we will go wherever the need is greatest, trusting that the seeds we plant in faith will bloom into something eternal.
To God be the glory for the healing, the hope, and the transformation witnessed in Obudu.
