About our Wellness
Centers
WELCOME
 |
The FaithCare™ Wellness Center is a non-profit organization
comprised of individuals, businesses, students and healthcare
professionals dedicated to improving the quality of life within the
communities we serve.
Our Wellness Center’s offer free
services for people of all ages in order to promote health and
wellness by integrating faith and medicine centered on treating the
whole person.
FaithCare Wellness Center’s seek to provide comprehensive,
dependable health services on a regular basis to those in need of
care by: Integrating faith and medicine centered on treating the
whole person. By assessing the physical, emotional and spiritual
needs of each individual
and through patient education regarding good health and disease
prevention.
We treat all patients with dignity and respect regardless of
race,
creed, color, sex, religion, age national origin, disability,
veteran's status, citizenship status, or marital status.
We provide assurance that the inability
to pay for services will not prevent anyone from receiving quality
health care from us.
We provide an environment that encourages
volunteers and staff to integrate the strength of their faith into
their daily interactions with others.
We encourage patients and families to
incorporate their faith into the healing process. We help others
understand that there is a general and specific purpose for our
lives, and that faith plays an important role in our overall health. |

The Wellness Centers are located at: 277 Main Street, Hartford, CT -
in the lower level of the South Congregational Church. The hours of operation are: 1:00
pm-3:00 pm the 1st Saturday of the month and 6:30pm-8:30 pm the 3rd
Wednesday of the month. On Saturdays, volunteers are asked to arrive
at 12:00 pm and attending physicians at 12:45 pm.
